REPRESENTATIVE CASE EXPERIENCE
- Successfully obtaining an injunction before the High Court on behalf of a minority shareholder to prevent the dilution of his shares
- Assisted in a successful appeal in a matrimonial dispute before the Court of Appeal which also resulted in the Court of Appeal determining a point of law for the first time
- Assisted in defending an individual against claims involving conversion and dishonest assistance over the ownership of a vessel
- Assisted in defending a businessman in simultaneous bankruptcy proceedings and a SIAC arbitration involving multi-million-dollar claims
- Assisted in successfully defending a foreign national against a claim by the employer on issues arising from confidentiality and non-solicitation obligations governed by Malaysian law
- Assisted in successfully representing the minority shareholder in a minority oppression claim which secured a buy-out of his shares
- Assisted in defending a company in multiple proceedings before the Singapore International Commercial Court, which successfully led to an early withdrawal of the proceedings
