Noel Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and specialises in Legal Operations & Human Resources/ Employment. His diverse legal and operational background spans for over a decade in private practice, bringing a wealth of experience to his role as Operations & Integration Manager at Silvester Legal LLC.
After serving in the Singapore Navy, he began his career with well known law firms including the “Big Five”. During this time, he was exposed to corporate real estate work, wills, probate and estate matters, civil and criminal litigation.
Noel later joined a prominent UK law firm where he headed the HR and operational functions including being involved in an office move and helping with finalising set ups of newly onboarded systems with his team. His exceptional contributions has allowed for a smooth daily operations of all professionals and staff. In addition, he also enjoyed assisting in pro-bono matters at the neighbourhood community centres during his free time.
Noel continues to bring his valuable expertise as a seasoned professional in both the legal and operational fields to support the firm’s continued excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the gym, bouldering, reading and travelling.
