Max is a dispute resolution lawyer practising commercial and civil litigation and criminal defence.
He has acted for and advised clients across a range of civil and commercial disputes and criminal proceedings. He also has experience in employment-related disputes and white collar/investigations matters. He previously practiced at one of the largest law firms in Singapore.
Max holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from the University of Bristol and a master’s degree in international business and international affairs (MIB) from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. He trained in negotiation at Harvard Law School and has studied corporate strategy at Harvard Business School.
