Since graduating from the Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law in 2021, I have accumulated extensive hands-on experience in corporate law with Silvester Legal. I began my journey as a Practice Trainee and am now serving as Senior Associate in the corporate department, where I have gained comprehensive exposure to both contentious and non-contentious corporate matters.

Driven by a deep passion for corporate law, I am committed to safeguarding your interests and ensuring that your commercial objectives are precisely reflected in your corporate agreements. My involvement in commercial litigation further enhances my ability to draft agreements that fortify your position in the unfortunate event of a dispute. My work encompasses a broad range of corporate activities, including mergers and acquisitions, where I assist clients in navigating complex transactions as well as advising directors and shareholders vis-à-vis their companies. Additionally, I also have experience in advising on matters pertaining to employment law, such as providing advice on employment agreements, disputes, and compliance to ensure that businesses comply with regulatory requirements.
