Prior to joining Silvester Legal, Fixen worked with leading organisations across technology, financial services, FMCG, transport, real estate, and media sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed strategies that delivered measurable growth in market share, profitability, and long-term brand equity. His work has earned multiple marketing awards and industry recognition.

At Silvester Legal, Fixen spearheads initiatives that leverage AI to enhance the firm’s visibility, accelerate business expansion, and deepen client engagement. His strategic vision ensures the firm maintains its competitive edge while expanding its influence across local and regional markets.

Outside of work, Fixen is into bodybuilding and boxing, plays chess, and explores music, film, and WWII history. He often writes about them, drawing lessons in resilience, discipline, and strategy that shape both his personal outlook and professional approach.
