Amalia is a marketing and communications professional with over ten years of experience in the airline industry specialising in customer experience, reputation management, strategic planning, media relations, and social media strategy. She enjoys creating great stories to inspire conversations and drive business results for brands.
Amalia established and led the first Delta Air Lines Asia Pacific’s Media and Communications team, working closely with the global leadership team to build and promote brand and employee engagement in Singapore and the US. She represented Delta and the Executive Officers in written and verbal communication to their high-valued corporate customers. She has also led an Executive Business summit, headed several organizational events and fundraising initiatives.

All new enquires will be handled by the Managing Director, Mr. Walter Silvester, directly. He will then assign the most suitable lawyer after the 1st consultation. Mr. Silvester will also oversee all commercial disputes cases personally.

We will try and assess your case as best we can. In cases of dispute, a lot depends on how the other side reacts, so it is difficult to give a timeframe. Many cases are settled at mediation and do not go to trial so settlement can be surprisingly quick in some matters.
